The Vendor is required to provide a content library that includes several modalities including videos, micro learning, audiobooks and book summaries, and live virtual instructor-led training.
- Provide employees with high quality on-demand modern and relevant virtual lives and asynchronous learning content.
- Cloud-based asynchronous eLearning and virtual live learning on:
• Leadership and business skills
• Technology tools
• State health and safety and legislative compliance and
• Diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Provide end-to-end support, including planning, technical configuration, testing, training, and post-launch assistance.
- Project Planning and Coordination
• Assign a dedicated implementation manager and technical lead
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and planning sessions
• Develop and maintain a project implementation plan and timeline
- Content Curation
• Support the curation of content aligned with the Town’s organizational learning needs and competencies
• Provide tools and guidance for content mapping to competencies and job roles
• Enable customization options such as branding, curated learning paths, or featured content collections
- Integration with Learning Management System (LMS)
• Integrate content into our Absorb LMS using industry-standard protocols (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, AICC, or LTI)
• Support single sign-on (SSO) configuration using SAML or other approved methods
• Ensure all content launches are correctly from within the LMS and tracks learner activity (completion, scores, duration)
- Testing and Quality Assurance
• Conduct integration testing with the Town’s Absorb LMS prior to go-live
• Provide troubleshooting support during testing and resolve identified issues
• Validate accurate data flow and reporting for learner activity
- Launch Support
• Assist with go-live planning and execution
• Provide promotional assets
• Offer help desk support during the initial launch window
- Data Privacy and Security
• Adhere to applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA)
• Implement and maintain secure data handling, transmission, and storage protocols
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
