- Digital solutions and community-based expertise to support overdose prevention and recovery-oriented care across diverse populations, including rural, remote, and Indigenous communities.
- The requirement includes:
• Development and implementation of secure, privacy-compliant digital apps/platforms for overdose response, emergency dispatch, and recovery support.
• Integration of digital tools with healthcare systems, emergency services, and community based recovery supports.
• Real-time monitoring and analytics capabilities, including emergency escalation and policy-relevant reporting.
• Culturally safe and accessible service delivery, with user engagement strategies tailored to priority populations.
• Possible support for individuals without mobile phones, delayed EMS response in remote areas, and post-overdose integration into recovery communities.
• Evaluation and feedback mechanisms, including descriptive analytics, data governance, and performance measurement.
• Deployment and support services, including training, change management, and ongoing technical maintenance.
- Provide examples of similar digital solutions or app deployments, including outcomes and lessons learned, to show your ability to deliver impact.
- Recommend appropriate support and service levels (e.g., helpdesk availability, service-level agreements, escalation protocols) to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
