The Vendor is required to provide for a third-party custom survey platform to support large-scale, secure, and customized survey administration for university integrated planning and effectiveness department.
- Overview:
• Provide a web-based survey platform
• Ability to facilitate online student course evaluations
• Ability for agency to build and facilitate internal surveys for institutional research and planning at university
• Ability to handle, on average, 25+ surveys and 50,000+ responses annually
• A reasonable volume allowable for survey, survey link, and responses generation per year based on university historical needs
• A minimum of 10,000 view-only accounts to access reports/dashboards for faculty use
• Support up to five (5) fully licensed/creation accounts
• Proponent provided implementation of the survey platform (including but not limited to license set up, configuration, etc.)
• Ability to customize the platform with university branding
• Ability to import and export data as required by university
• Proponent provided technical support and training for agency
• Primary contact(s) from the proponent for university to contact for any customer or technical support
- Mandatory Technical Requirements
• Data compliance with the state act (FIPPA)
• Data hosting in State
• Ability to generate and export customized password protected survey links to Excel or CSV
• Ability to export data from the platform to Excel or CSV
- Ability to configure the survey platform with:
• Secure survey creation and distribution
• Custom survey instruments/questionnaires by faculty/program
• Have automated and manual distribution of links and passwords
• Ability to create customized links and export to CSV or Excel file
- Contain survey flow logic based on embedded data, branching logic, and skip patterns (also based on embedded data)
- Ability to password protect survey links
- Customizable dashboards with historical data access and benchmarking
- For survey results, support qualitative analytics (i.e. text, sentiment analysis, etc.) and quantitative analytics (i.e. descriptive statistics, statistical analysis, etc.)
- Ability to access on any web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
- Mobile-device compatibility
- Minimum 10,000 view-only (faculty) dashboard accounts
- Ability to be logged in to one account on multiple devices at one time
- Ability to configure and create role-based access control (RBAC) with the ability to create row based security
- Ability to open/close unique survey links at varying times.
