ERP Implementation System

The Vendor is required to provide project management services for the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- The new ERP solution will support improved data integrity, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Project Governance and Oversight
•    The project manager will report directly to the project governance committee, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with strategic objectives.
•    The project manager will lead the ERP project management office and coordinate all ERP working group leads, facilitating weekly or bi-weekly meetings to address emergent decisions, review project updates, and escalate issues as needed.
•    The governance committee will hold monthly meetings to monitor overall project progress, make high-level decisions on scope, budget, and schedule, and provide strategic direction for managing organizational change.
- Resource Management
•    Coordinate internal and external resources as outlined in the staffing plan, including core team members, functional leads, subject matter experts, and vendor representatives.
•    Ensure clear assignment of roles and responsibilities for all project participants, including project sponsor, manager, coordinator, business leads, technical leads, change management specialists, and training leads.
•    Identify and resolve emerging resource issues as they arise.
•    Support team sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing engagement for all identified project roles.
- Change Management & Training
•    In coordination with the communications department, lead change management activities, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
•    Oversee training activities and support end-user adoption of new systems and processes.
