Learning Management System

The Vendor is required to provide a learning management system (LMS) that supports online learning, course management, learner tracking and reporting functionalities.
- This system should serve both students and faculty across various departments, supporting our mission as a dynamic learning organization.
- Our Administration, faculty, and HR teams require a system that is user-friendly, and has flexible platforms that simplify the creation, delivery and management of learning experiences.
- Learning Manager System at minimum will:
•    Support learning outcomes across departments (Leadership, Arts & HR) and roles (Faculty, student, & staff).
•    Centralize and streamline training administration by providing tools for course creation, assignment, tracking and reporting.
•    Enhance learner engagement through intuitive user experience, access and interactive learning formats.
•    Ensure compliance with certification management, including automated tracking, reminders and reporting for required learning.
•    Integrate with existing enterprise systems (Student, ERP, etc.), to enable seamless data flow and user management.
•    Support multiple content formats including video, PowerPoint, PDF, allowing flexibility in instructional design.

•    Live sessions (Zoom or MS Teams)
•    Universal learning design (accessibility)

- The solution must integrate with Entra ID/Active Directory for user authentication (administrative accounts) and support multi-factor authentication.
- The solution must support student accounts within the solution that also use multi-factor authentication.
- The solution should provide for encryption and security for data at rest and in motion.
