The Vendor is required to provide implementation of an off-the-shelf fleet management information system (FMIS) to enhance its fleet management operations and decision making.
- The desired system should be a flexible "bolt-on" tool capable of tracking, reporting, and data analysis, with a goal to identify and manage key performance indicators (KPI) and improve overall fleet management processes.
- Solution is a cost-competitive solution within the market space for a medium-sized fleet that can be purchased and implemented within the proposed budget amount of approximately $500,000 including taxes and contingency; and
- The system must provide an intuitive and configurable landing page or dashboard tailored to individual user roles and preferences.
- The solution must support a minimum of 20 software licenses and 20 con-current users.
- Authorized personnel must have the ability to configure and manage system settings, including user roles, permissions, and workflows
- The system must allow multiple users to log in and operate simultaneously without performance degradation.
- Provide ongoing system maintenance, including troubleshooting and support.
- Track vehicle inventory, including acquisition and disposal, with year-over-year comparisons of active or total units
- Create tailored PM plans with configurable checklists and service intervals based on time, odometer readings, or equipment hours.
