The Vendor is required to provide enterprise video platform for use by agency members (colleges, universities, and research institutions) across state.
- Provide for enterprise video platforms, and explore potential models for future adoption by members.
- Objectives:
• Gather information (market intelligence) regarding potentially interested parties.
• Ascertain viability of the potential solutions by undertaking a high-level screening assessment; and
• Help inform a determination on whether to develop a potential commercial process for agency and if so, the appropriate next steps.
- Provide discounted educational pricing scalable across multiple institutions (aggregation at scale);
- Integrate with major LMS platforms (e.g., D2L Bright space, Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and interoperate with other web conferencing tools;
- Provide live streaming, machine captioning, and scalable storage/bandwidth allotments per institution;
- Provide built-in video recording and editing functions, including in-browser screen capture/recording capabilities;
- Provide video management and organization functionality such as tools for archiving old media, categories and/or tags to identify video collections and bulk management options for administrators;
- Provide collaboration tools for multi-user video creation and shared ownership of media;
- Provide multiple user permission groups to control content access and platform modification abilities;
- Provide 24×7×365 support with clear tiered escalation paths, a Customer Success Manager, a Project Manager for onboarding, and access to a customer portal/knowledge base;
- Support a multi-institution framework (e.g., Participation Agreements) and program reporting (institutions, seats, meetings, spend) to a designated lead.
