• The DAM system supports the file types identified in the Proposal.
• The DAM system provides multi-user access with defined permission levels.
• The DAM system offers cloud-based storage accessible to multiple users.
• The DAM system includes AI-assisted tagging and metadata extraction.
• The DAM system provides keyword search, image search, and search-within-documents functionality.
• The DAM system includes asset version control and access to previous versions.
• The DAM system detects and manages duplicate files.
• The DAM system supports controlled external access for contractors and SMEs.
• The DAM system provides an intuitive user interface to support ease of use.
• The DAM system provides automation or batch-processing features such as batch uploads.
• The DAM system links updated assets to downstream documents where applicable (e.g., Word files).
- Integration Requirements
o The DAM system integrates with Microsoft Office Suite.
o The DAM system integrates with Adobe Creative Cloud.
o The DAM system integrates with SharePoint.
o The DAM system provides integration capability with Monday.com (highly desirable)
