• Offer easy to use, mobile-first responsiveness, intuitive architecture, short workflows, access to contemporary learning materials for students, customer relationship management (CRM) functionality for employers and alumni, straightforward training, and reliable reporting for staff and administrators; and,
• Deliver institutional value by strengthening outcomes, improving graduate employability, and supporting strategic planning through better insights and reporting.

o Ability to support both virtual and in-person formats;
o Possibility for multi-school models; rsvp and attendance tracking with scalable formats for sign in (i.e., large lecture halls, career fairs, booths, etc.); and, workshop registration including ability to promote events not hosted by agency.
• Appointment booking and queue management:
o Ability to schedule and manage appointments and queues efficiently.
