RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide the work includes implementing a best-in-class energy management information system solution to optimize the collection and reporting of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
- The new Energy Management Information System is expected to offer best in class features including but not limited to:
•    Integrations with MS Microsoft Entra ID. The solution may support Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and role/permission management where applicable
•    Importing of historic data
•    Importing energy consumption and emissions data from vendor invoices, spreadsheets,
•    CSV files and API’s in a scheduled and automated manner
•    Integration capability with major data categories such as fuel data, agency, P-Card files, and vendor-provided data. Proponents should describe their approach, methodology, and any assumptions for integrating with these data sources.
•    Track energy usage across multiple facilities for monitoring and trend analysis
•    Calculate scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions as per standards
•    Reporting with dashboards, KPI's and/or integration with Microsoft Power BI
•    Solution with seamless upgrades and lower maintenance costs
•    Compliant with the Corporation’s IT standards and security requirements
•    Support future integration with IoT devices, meters, and sensors through API’s or compatible protocols, but actual integration is not required as part of this implementation.
- Software and professional services for the implementation of a best-inclass Energy Management Information System as mentioned above, with no customizations (i.e., custom coding that will limit the Corporation to future releases, enhancements and bug fixes).
- Provide:
•    A solution that meets the Corporation's needs
•    Most of the Corporation’s requirements met via configuration (variables, forms, workflows)
•    The necessary licensing and support to ensure continuous access to the solution during the term of the contract
•    Professional services for the implementation of the proposed solution
•    Professional services for a comprehensive QA/QC plan to support the software transition process.
•    Training and best practices for the usage of the proposed solution
•    Support services for the term of the contract
