RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide public service commission, corporate payroll, and HRMS teams administer the HRMS and payroll system and provide support for many of the organizations.
- Have processes in place for effective change management including use of non-production and production environments, change assessments, review and deployment processes, and contingency planning to mitigate risks;
- Provide technical support for the HRMS post go-live. This includes, but is not limited to:
•    Direct as-needed communication to troubleshoot issues related to the HRMS functionalities/features; and
•    Provide guidance to the Province on customization of the HRMS’s fields/reports, importing data, exporting data, technical support, etc.
- Provide administrator and user training for the Province’s employees that enables the Province’s employees on new changes to the HRMS;
- Provide system documentation in electronic format, including technical and end user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs;
- Ensure that all the province’s custom modifications continue to operate correctly with the HRMS or promotion of any changes, upgrades, releases, patches, code fixes or any other changes to the HRMS;
- Perform all professional services for application support, including but not limited to:
•    Bug fixes;
•    Tax update;
•    Functional support;
•    Administrative support;
•    Application technical support;
•    Reporting and data analysis support;
•    Testing and validation;
•    Go-Live Support;
•    Post go-live support;
•    Upgrades and patching;
•    On-call support;
•    Knowledge transfer;
•    Application upgrade every 18 months or as needed;
•    Database upgrade as needed; and
•    Major and minor Tools upgrade.
