The Vendor is required to provide the mission of AI is to advance the economy of the province by promoting technology development and application, performing applied research, and providing expert advice, technical information and scientific infrastructure that is responsive to the needs of the private sector and supports activities in the public sector.
- This work is built on:
• A new multiyear Strategic Plan and associated business and operational plans
• Organizational learnings from ongoing program alignment and modernization initiatives
• The need for more coherent, horizontally aligned processes, roles, accountability structures, and performance systems
• A desire to improve strategic execution, customer experience, innovation pathways, and internal collaboration.
- The enterprise transformation advisor will play a critical strategic and facilitative role during this period of change—helping the senior leadership team shift from a program-centric operating model to an enterprise-centric one, supporting design, decision-making, sequencing, and adoption.
- The Enterprise Transformation Advisor will:
• Provide expert guidance in designing agency future-state enterprise operating model, including governance, process architecture, capability mapping, and organizational design implications.
• Support the senior leadership team and senior vice president, chief operating officer in aligning around a transformation roadmap, workstreams, decision frameworks, milestones, and success measures.
• Work collaboratively with internal change leaders to ensure the transformation is coordinated, integrated, and executed effectively across the organization.
• Build internal capacity so agency leaders and teams can sustain the operating model beyond the life of the engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, enable clarity, and support complex system-level problem solving.
