The Vendor is required to provide an Integrated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that consolidates HR functions into a single platform with real-time analytics and interactive dashboards.

• Dashboards for vacancy and turnover (district-wide and building-level views)
• Employee onboarding workflow and status tracking
• Position control & workforce planning (FTE management)
• Attendance & leave management, including PTO tracking
• Transfer & separation workflows with configurable approvals
• Exit survey data capture and analysis
• Secure employee record management (roles/permissions, audit trails)
• Application tracking (ATS) or integration with existing ATS (Slate)
• Automation of current manual practices, including communications to employees and supervisors
• Heat maps for attendance projection and staffing needs
• Alerts for FTE considerations based on enrollment and equity triggers
• District-wide and building-level reporting and drill-down
- Implementation & Change Management
• Project governance and implementation plan (phases, milestones)
• Training for HR staff, building administrators, and end-users
• Documentation (user guides, admin guides, API docs)
• Support model (help desk, escalation, response/resolution SLAs)
• Post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement
