Managed Detection and Response Solution

The Vendor is required to provide a solution collectively referred to as “Platform”, for use by local school districts and agencies (“Schools”).
- The solution must not require the purchase of additional hardware or software, excluding domain names and encryption certificates.
- Must provide 24x7 support to Schools to cover assistance with emergencies during off-hours.
- Only existing Platforms will be considered. Platforms under development, in planning, or at beta test will not be considered.
- The timeframe for threat monitoring and human response (e.g., 24x7x365)
- The service verify threats and reduce false positives
- The service detect threats in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- The service integrate with existing EDR solutions (e.g., Defender, Crowd Strike)
- Operating systems and platforms is the service able to protect (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux, SaaS/IaaS)
- The service provide network or identity visualization to understand traffic and lateral spread
- The service support sys logging, file integrity monitoring, and device event logging.
