HR Integrated System

The Vendor is required to provide an Integrated System for Human Resources (HR).
- Service Requirements
•    Automating employee onboarding and off boarding
•    Replacing our current applicant tracking system
•    Automating our performance review processes across five (5) bargaining units plus, six (6) unique workflows in total (right now only our academic performance review process is automated; the rest are paper based)
•    The system must be capable of managing all these functions and interfacing effectively with bann.
