Fraud Bureau Reporting System

The vendor required to provide secure software reporting system designed for storing highly confidential data.
- Requirement:
1. System requirements and data security
•    Implement a secure internet-based system for storing and managing highly confidential data with a specified data security level;
•    Provide a minimum of 5gb hard disk storage space for data;
•    Provide t1 connection speed for shared access to the system;
•    Enable connectivity via standard internet protocols;
•    Establish privacy guidelines and a comprehensive description of the data security framework to safeguard sensitive information;
•    Perform daily backup of content and department data, up to 5gb; and
•    Define process validation methods to confirm data integrity.
2. Software and system maintenance
•    Supply a software licensing agreement, detailing usage rights and restrictions;
•    Facilitate software installation, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements;
•    Provide education, training, consulting, development, support services, and other professional services related to system usage and any upgrades;
•    Provide a defined description of data and software ownership, clarifying rights and responsibilities;
•    Outline support levels, including response times and technical assistance availability; and
•    Ensure system maintenance and warranties, addressing performance expectations and defect resolution.
3. Data migration and compliance
•    Transfer historical data from the department’s current system to the proposed solution without loss or corruption within 30 days of execution of the contract; and
•    Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations act, and health insurance portability and accountability act.
4. Financial terms and service conditions
•    Define payment terms and schedule for service fees;
•    Include a detailed service termination clause, outlining conditions for discontinuing service; and
•    Clearly state excluded services, ensuring transparency on service limitations.
