• The system must a be fully vendor hosted cloud-based system, provided as a SaaS cloud subscription service, to manage employee recognition with the ability to accommodate at least 4,500 users.
• System must recognize service milestones for 1-year, at each 5-year increment, and at employee retirement.
• System includes configurable nomination and approval workflows.
• System allows for multiple recognition categories.
• System includes standard and configurable reports
• System includes both standard and configurable dashboards for supervisors, business process managers, program administrators, and system administrators, which show pertinent recognition data in real time.
• System includes data analytics capabilities.
• System performance and system response time will be agreed upon in a SLA with a minimum system availability of 98.5%.
• System must adhere to state security standards found in rule 60gg-2, state administrative code.

• System has the ability to run multiple recognition programs for different business units with unique requirements and budgets.
