The vendor required to provide tax and utility system with a proven, modern tax and utility system solution for municipalities integrating with the city’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution (workday).

•    The off-the-shelf solution will deliver the full lifecycle listed above out of the box which will rely upon product configuration rather than product modifications.
8. Implementation and support

•    Have the capability and capacity to meet the city’s needs including system implementation planning and design, system configuration, testing, deployment, sustainment and support.
