Electronic Permitting System

The vendor required to provide electronic permitting (e-permitting) system to digitize and automate the city’s entire permitting process.
- The e-permitting project includes the solution and implementation services for a cloud-based, electronic permitting system. 
- By leveraging modern technology, this project will introduce a cloud-based platform where applicants can submit their permit applications and supporting documents electronically. 
- The software system will automate routing, review and workflow approvals, significantly reduce processing times, and improve accuracy. 
- The software will facilitate online payments, centralized document management, online building inspection scheduling, and real-time status tracking, enhancing the overall user experience for both applicants and administrative staff. 
- The system is also desired to support other future planning and development related applications and processes, including subdivision review and approvals such as engineering drawings and municipal servicing agreements, subdivision inspection, including construction completion certificate issuance and final acceptance certificate issuance, lot grading, and utility line approvals.
