Utility Management Software Solution

The Vendor is required to provide to identify a Utility Management Software solution that would allow the department to track and manage energy costs and usage across several utility categories and multiple facilities.
- The software must be capable of handling data for the following categories:
•    Natural Gas
•    Electricity
•    Water
•    Wastewater
•    Refuse
- Software Requirements
•    Provide a detailed narrative describing how your solution is an on-prem, web-based, cloud-hosted SaaS solution. Provide network requirement information.
•    Provide a detailed narrative describing your system availability. We are looking for a solution that will have greater or equal 99.5% uptime.
•    Provide a detailed narrative describing your regular software system updates at no additional charge.
•    Provide a detailed narrative describing your reporting and visualization of data. Describe how to view, print, or export a wide variety of reports and graphs. Please indicate if your solution supports export capability to common formats (excel, csv, pdf).
•    Solution documents and tracks energy efficiency and conservation activities systematically.
•    The solution provides avoided cost functionality compliant with the international performance measurement and verification protocol (IPMVP).
•    The solution provides seamless integration with energy star portfolio manager for enhanced energy management.
•    Provide a detailed narrative explaining how your solution provides role-based user access controls.
•    Provide a detailed narrative explaining how the software will manage and display legacy data from the brightly energy software covering the years 2008 through mid2026.
•    Provide a detailed narrative on your data migration approach, including historical utility data and validation and error handling.
