• The system must offer patrons the option to purchase tickets through either a web browser or a mobile application, ensuring a seamless and accessible ticket purchasing experience across both platforms.
• Must offer a point-of-sale (POS) option for patrons using mobile devices on site?
- Ticket tracking
• The system must include a reliable and secure method for tracking tickets. The system should allow for various tracking options, (e.g., unique serial numbers, QR codes, etc.)
- Full implementation schedule
• How long it will take from start of contract to full implementation to go live with solution.
- Branding capabilities
• The ability to brand ticket sales for each individual school’s athletic department with images provided by the school.
• The ability to brand each event with images and advertisements provided by the school.
• Flexible ticketing options.
• Support for the sale of both general admission and assigned seats at the discretion of the athletic director.
• Ability for the athletic director to provide free tickets for dignitaries and VIPS.
- Season ticket sales
• Enable the sale of season tickets, allowing patrons to support the athletic department throughout the year.
- Concessions sales
• Include options for selling concessions alongside tickets. (POS availability and hardware to go with it)
- Timely financial transactions
• Ensure that proceeds from ticket sales are deposited into each school’s individual account within 7-10 business days, with the vendor operating on commission only from ticket sales.
- Refund management
• Provide an easy-to-navigate process for patrons seeking refunds.
- Accessible support
• Offer accessible representatives for athletic directors, school staff, and patrons who need assistance with the ticketing system. Access must be available for times and dates of games which include evenings and weekends.
- Training and resources
• Provide webinars or other training resources for athletic directors and staff to ensure effective use of the ticketing system.
- Customer communication
• Automate email confirmations and reminders for ticket purchases.
• Allow patrons to receive notifications about upcoming events.
- Accessibility features
• Ensure the system complies with accessibility standards, allowing all patrons to easily purchase tickets and access information.
- Cloud-based solution
• The system must be hosted in the cloud, providing secure access from any location and facilitating easy updates and maintenance.
- Device
• The application must be web-based and accessible using a windows device and not solely reliant upon a specific device or application such as an iPad or iPhone.
• Company cannot provide hardware to the district. All devices used must be purchased by the district, imaged by the district, and managed by the district.
