The Vendor is required to provide a modern housing management platform for multiple years to streamline residential operations, and support data-driven decision making.
- The College requires a secure, mobile-friendly solution that centralizes housing applications, roommate matching, occupancy management, communications, financial transactions, and staff workflows while integrating seamlessly with Workday, Slate, and Transact.
- System Functionality:
•    Fully responsive, mobile-optimized web platform or native iOS/Android apps with full feature parity (mobile browser access alone is insufficient)
