VoIP Telephone System

The vendor required to provide telephone system by migrating to a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) phone system.
- Include approximately 400 VoIP telephones, 400 10’ cat6 patch cables, enterprise license for VM VoIP software and labor.
- All existing siemens PBX telephone system to needed VoIP components, virtual machines and new equipment to the latest software version.
- The VoIP telephone system project will contain the following:
•    System requirements
o    Deployment options: on-premises, cloud-based, or hybrid solutions like to propose both an on-premises solution and a cloud-based solution; we welcome you to submit two separate proposals.
o    Call management features: auto-attendant, call routing, call recording, call queuing, voicemail, conference calling, etc.
o    Scalability: the ability to add and remove users, support multiple locations, and handle increased call volume.
o    Mobility and remote work: support for mobile devices, smartphone apps, and remote work capabilities are a plus
o    Emergency services compliance: e911 compliance for accurate location tracking.
•    Consultant shall recognize and perform with all stated intents, specifications, and stipulations contained or referenced herein.
•    The successful consultant shall have a reasonable working knowledge of projects of this nature.
•    Failure to examine any and all documents will in no way relieve the consultant from the necessity of furnishing any materials or equipment, or performing any work that may be required to complete the project.
•    All supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the construction shall be furnished by the consultant.
