RFP Description

The vendor required to provide nursing testing and learning system that supports student success, strengthens program evaluation, and enhances curriculum development.
- The system must include robust standardized testing options, extensive item banks, individualized remediation tools, NCLEX®-style assessments, flexible practice resources, and detailed reporting at the student, cohort, and program levels.
- The district requires dependable customer support, faculty resources, and program-tailored educational services delivered by qualified nursing educators.
- The successful respondent must provide review courses designed for each program level and offer supplementary materials such as by the way example and not limitation, books, handouts, or online tools that students can use after the review courses concludes to continue preparing for the examination.
- Requirement:
•    Ability to provide various versions of content exams for all areas taught in the program including medical-surgical (basic and complex), fundamentals of nursing, drug dosage and administration, pharmacology, mental health nursing, pediatrics, obstetrics and newborn nursing, and leadership management with each area incorporating the related anatomy and physiology for both RN and VN levels. 
•    The system must also include practice exams and final assessments for each content area to support student preparation and mastery.
•    Provide at least two versions of a comprehensive predictor exam, along with an additional practice exam to support preparation and mastery. 
•    The exams must provide students and faculty with clear, detailed information on student performance, generate tailored remediation plans based on individual results, and offer a prediction of the student’s likelihood of first-time success on the NCLEX® exam.
•    Contain interactive study modules that students can review and remediate on missed content, as well as case studies that present patient care scenarios requiring students to apply their knowledge and respond with appropriate intervention.
•    Provide a large pool of NCLEX-style questions across all content areas that students can use to create practice quizzes, each with clear and complete rationales. 
•    The system must also include a separate pool of questions available for faculty use in quizzes and assessments, with all items supported by rationales to reinforce learning and alignment with NCLEX® expectations.
•    Provide the ability to run program reports that allow the department to identify areas of weakness. 
•    The system must generate reports at the program, cohort, and individual student levels, offering clear statistical data and actionable information that can be used for curriculum development, evaluation, and ongoing program improvement.
