The vendor required to provide Workiva reporting platform for include:
1. Workiva licensing renewal
•    University financial statements
•    Budget document production
•    Financial reporting for all related organizations
2. Professional services
•    Remediation of Workiva to support existing university and some related organization financial statements currently in production.
•    Remediation of Workiva to support existing university budget document currently in production.
•    Configuration of Workiva to support additional related organization financial statements
•    Integration of workday financial data into Workiva (the connections between workday and Workiva have already been established, but data is not flowing).
•    Optimization of reporting efficiencies across entities as needed.
