SAP Archiving Solution

The vendor required to provide SAP archiving solution for include:
•    Solution must be a cloud-based architecture.
•    Solution must be web enabled and allow users to access the archived data using existing SAP  web enabled technologies.
•    Solution must be a SAP certified archiving solution.
•    Solution shall allow the archiving of all available SAP archiving objects.
•    Solution shall allow the archiving of custom objects.
•    Solution shall support the archiving of data objects for the board's SAP concurrent employment  scenario.
•    Solution shall allow the storage and archiving of SAP business content such as data extracts,  reports, attachments and print lists.
•    Solution shall allow secure access to the archived data using standard SAP security.
•    Solution shall implement mechanisms to record all actions performed on the archived data,  including changes and manipulation attempts.
•    Solution shall include the ability to retrieve and import archived data back into SAP as required  and supported by SAP.
•    Systems used to host, store, transfer, or otherwise interact with the board confidential information shall  enforce strict separation (physical and  logical) from any non-board systems
•    Systems, servers, and network devices that support the board systems or store the board  confidential information must be kept hardened and patched including staying current with anti-virus and anti-malware updates and  definitions.
•    Implement audit logs for all systems that handle the board data and records
•    Provided or developed by the contractor shall perform authorization checks before performing any  action that creates, views, updates, transmits or deletes confidential information. 
•    Provided or developed by the contractor that handle the board data shall have explicitly defined  authorization controls that prevent users from exceeding the respective authorization levels based on the roles and their  intended privileges.
