RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide implementation, licensing, maintenance, data conversion, and training for a straight-line diagraming tool delivered either as a SaaS solution or as a locally hosted deployment.
- Administering the work by establishing and maintaining effective communication with all groups related to the project.
- The Straight-Line Diagramming Integrator/Developer must possess the following skills and experience:
•    Worked as an installer for the application(s) proposed as a solution for creating Straight-Line Diagrams or similar installation on end-to-end implementation projects.
•    Completed end-to-end implementation for a Straight-Line Diagramming Tool or similar application as a functional / technical developer.
•    Experience configuring with the proposed solution for a Straight-Line Diagramming Tool or similar application.
•    Experience on data mapping and data reconciliation of their product for creating a Straight-Line Diagramming Tool or similar application.
•    Knowledge of the Straight-Line Diagramming Tools configuration settings and technical requirements.
•    Implementation, design and customization experience for Straight-Line Diagramming Tool or similar application.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (i.e., analysis, creation, configuration, and documenting the system overall including testing, integrations, and configuration).
•    Excellent communications skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required at all levels of management.
•    Must have worked on 3rd party interfaces with customers on and off prem applications.
•    Knowledge of integrating GIS data via Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) ESB or GIS Rest Services.
- Provide a maintenance agreement that includes planned maintenance, upgrades, fixes, and a defined data management strategy.
- Determine what data must be migrated to the new solution modules and whether there are quality issues that need to be addressed in the implementation projects.
- Create, administer, and analyze the Change Readiness and Risk Assessment to evaluate the change readiness of the project team, sponsor, and end-users. Present outcome to project team. Use readiness plan to develop communication and Management plans.
- Create, administer, and analyze the Stakeholder (End-User) Assessment to evaluate and to plan changes affecting stakeholders (end-users). Present outcome to project team.
- Provide a Monitoring and Control Plan that at minimum includes: an outline of procedures to track and manage the project team’s progress regarding project tasks, deliverables, and the management of risks.
