- The ability for College staff to view near real-time self-assessment tracking data, showing whether a registrant has started, completed, or is late according to set time frames, with optional automated reminders.
- Dashboard and reporting functionality that supports registrant-level, cohort-level, and group-level analysis, including trend analysis of self-assessed strengths and weaknesses in competencies, to inform quality improvement and decision-making.
- Completing the self-assessment and agency feedback allows the registrant to reflect and identify a registered nursing competency that needs further development and integration into a professional learning plan.
- Dashboard and reporting functionality that supports registrant-level, cohort-level, and group level analysis, including trend analysis and benchmarking where appropriate, to inform quality improvement and decision-making. For example, the ability to identify which registrants have completed both the self-assessment and MSF (completely, partially or not at all).
- System-generated learning plan recommendations are aligned with entry-level registered nursing competencies, informed by registrant self-assessment results and multi-source feedback outcomes.
- Recommendations must support competency development without being prescriptive and must allow registrant discretion and professional judgment.
- The ability for a registrant to record their reflection on how implementing the learning plan has affected their practice

- The ability for College staff to generate and export summary reports that include registrant learning plan goals, related competencies, chosen learning activities, and completion status.
