The Vendor is required to provide a secure, scalable survey administration and reporting platform to support the delivery of the Global Workforce Survey (GWS).
- Responsible for developing, modifying, or owning the core survey instrument.
- Provide the technology, services, and expertise to:
• Administer the survey,
• Collect responses,
• Analyze results, and
• Support organizational use of the data.
- Electronic and paper-based administration, including deployment, response capture, and integration of results across both formats into a single dataset.
- Secure access via computers, tablets, and smartphones.
- Response rate monitoring and reporting at multiple organizational levels (e.g. organization wide, portfolio, work setting).
- Support limited retrospective remapping of organizational data as needed.
- Communication materials and guidance that agency can adapt to increase employee awareness and understanding of the survey process.
- Ability to administer surveys electronically and in paper format, with responses integrated into a single dataset.
- Provide a streamlined and user-friendly access process, minimizing the need for multiple passwords or logins.
- Platform capacity and reliability for handling peak traffic during survey launch and reminders (up to thousands of concurrent users).
- Ability to import and manage employee eligibility and reporting structure data from agency Human Resources Information System.
- Ability to align incoming survey responses to agency organizational reporting structures at all levels.
- Multi-level reporting and dashboard functionality where confidentiality thresholds are met.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex organizations, including healthcare or similarly regulated environments.
