The vendor required to provide digital signature solutions, with proponents to submit proposals for a cloud-based solution.
- Requirement:
• Perform all professional services for software implementation, including but not limited to:
o Configuration;
o Customization;
o Implementation;
o Integration;
o Testing;
o Go-live support; and
o Post go-live support.
• Provide details on all licensing requirements for the proposed solution;
• Provide details on all features that are included in the proposed solution;
• Have processes in place for effective change management including use of non-production and production environments, change assessments, review and deployment processes, and contingency planning in order to mitigate risks;
• Provide technical support for the solution post go-live.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
o Direct as-needed communication to troubleshoot issues related to the solution functionalities and features; and
o Provide guidance to the province on customization of the solutions fields and reports, importing data, exporting data, technical support, etc.
• Provide administrator and user training for provincial employees that enables the province’s employees to effectively configure, use, and train other users on the solution.
• Provide system documentation in electronic format, including technical and end user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs;
• Test the solution to ensure it complies with province’s requirements and performs as expected;
• Complete a project closeout as directed by the province.
