The vendor required to provide fixed access ladders, fall protection and racking system includes the annual visual inspections, preventative maintenance, deficiency reporting, repair recommendations, repairs, replacements, new installations and all relevant documentation for fall protection systems including, but not limited to fixed access ladders systems, roof anchor systems, monorails, horizontal lifeline (HLL), self-retracting lifelines (SRL), stand-alone anchor points, davit bases, guardrails, other fall protection systems and racking systems.
- Fixed access ladder system shall include all components such as the ladder, anchors, guards, rails, gates, platforms, cages and fall arrest devices, access hatches and side rail extensions.
- Comprehensive inspection and preventative maintenance program, repairs, replacement and new installations, inclusive of all engineering oversight, administration, reports, checklists, inventories, submittals, supporting documentation, labor, equipment and equipment rentals, materials, tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), service vehicles, mileage, travel time, depreciation, interest, insurance, fuels, lubricants, supervision, quotations, overhead and profit, mobilization, demobilization on site, training, qualifications and inspection consumables.
- Provide 24/7 service availability as part of this contract, ensuring timely response and support for any issues or emergencies that may arise at any time.
- The following documents with them on site at all times:
• Latest approved schedule;
• Latest most current inventory;
• Inspection tags; and
• Inspection checklists.
