The vendor required to provide work order management system support asset management and the creation, assignment, tracking, and completion of work orders to assist with the delivery of daily department services to the community.
- The system is currently used for various needs including but not limited to the following:
• Asset inventory and lifecycle management (equipment and infrastructure)
• Work order creation and management (reactive and preventive maintenance)
• Preventive maintenance scheduling and inspections
• Mobile access for field staff (create and update work orders, photos, notes, materials)
• Labor, material, and equipment time tracking tied to work orders
• Location-based assets (e.g., GIS/address/asset)
• Reporting and dashboards (backlog, response time, cost by asset, etc.)
• Unlimited users (or role-based licensing as proposed)
• Cross-charging and internal cost recovery (including act 51 reporting support) for equipment, materials, and man-hours (labor)—including the ability to allocate and report costs by work order, asset, location, project, and division, to support internal billing and accurate financial reporting.
