Readily Available Individual Program Plans Solutions

The Vendor is required to provide for “off the shelf” Individual Program Plans (IPPs) solution/programs readily available in the market.
- Exploring the effective use of developed market ready products, rather than seeking out tailored products that would require time to research, develop, and implement.
- Support a large school board, including close to 145,000 students and 8,000 teachers; where approximately 25% of students receive an IPP.
- Integrate with PowerSchool; to automatically incorporate student information in the IPP.
- Support a standard business process, including school administrative (i.e. Principal or their designate) review, and legal guardian signoff. Where the assumption is that the solution doesn’t need to automate the complete workflow, just to support the business process.
- Capture the standard information of a (Board student) IPP. For example, including:
•    Transition planning, and
•    Classroom assessments, and
•    Learning accommodations, and
•    Supports and services, and
•    Learning goals; including ongoing assessments of these goals.
