RFP Description

The vendor required to provide human resources (HR) systems and dozens of paper forms and manual processes that support HR, leave management and payroll recordkeeping.
- The ideal solution would consist of a comprehensive commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) HR platform delivered as software as a service (SaaS) with a single database system and common data model shared among several HR functional modules that would satisfy most of the department’s needs with minimal code customization.
- These solutions are commonly referred to in the market as human resources information systems (HRIS), human resources management systems (HRMS), or human capital management (HCM) systems.
