The Vendor is required to provide ongoing maintenance and support services for its existing Avaya phone system infrastructure, with optional roadmap recommendations for future telephony modernization at each of its campuses comprised of University.
- Objective is to maintain current operations while developing a 3-5 year roadmap for telephony modernization.
- Avaya platform operations, including:
• Subscription licensing for existing Avaya communications manager environment
• Ongoing maintenance and support services
• Support for existing analog gateways (life safety devices, elevator phones, emergency phones) - these are building code requirements and must remain operational
• Support for existing VoIP endpoints (j-series and other deployed handsets)
• Voicemail services (Avaya ix messaging)
• Call center functionality for approximately 100 agent seats
• E911 compliance and support
• Integration with central authentication using Entra id or active directory/LDAP, with a strong preference for Entra id to leverage SSO and MFA
• Technical support and break/fix services
