The Vendor is required to provide for the acquisition of a cheque production and mailing solution with security features.
- Objective:
•    High quality cheque printing with MICR accuracy and security features.
•    Automated cheque insertion/stuffing to match envelopes
•    Supply of cheque paper and matching envelopes that align with corporate branding and state banking standards.
•    Integration with existing finance/ERP system for secure, traceable and efficient cheque issuance.
•    Operational efficiency, reducing manual handling, errors and cycle times.
- The supply, delivery, installation, configuration, training, testing, warranty, and support for:
•    Cheque Printing Device (MICR – capable printer with security features)
•    Cheque Stuffing/Inserter Machine (folding, inserting, sealing)
•    Cheque Paper (security cheque stock)
•    Matching Envelopes (single window; security tint)
•    Software/Drivers for secure printing and queue management
•    Services: installation, configuration, testing, training, documentation and support handover.
- Software & Integration
•    Print Drivers compatible with Windows environment and secure print capabilities 
•    Optional cheque printing software for template management, MICR positioning, serial number control, and audit logs
•    Integration with ERP/finance system
•    Audit trail and log: user, time, job ID, quantity, exceptions
