Athletic and Event Ticketing System

The Vendor is required to provide computerized ticketing services for athletic events, and specific concerts, family shows, and other special events, produced, promoted, scheduled, or sponsored by the department.
- Ticketing system must allow for “flex season packages” (season packages of less than the full season of games or events) and allow selection of all available games.
- Provide a computerized ticketing system, related services and equipment, and training necessary to electronically manage ticket inventory for specified events as well as season and series events, for box office sales as well as facilitate internet and outlet sales as well as automated turnstile functions.
- The system should integrate with development systems and handle seat-contribution payments.
- Must provide 24/7 phone support by experienced and knowledgeable staff specific to the software.
- The system must be able to integrate ticketing, marketing, fund development, management, access control, customer relationship management, player guest management and e-commerce functionality into a dynamic business resource.
- Provide a computerized ticketing system, related services and equipment, and training necessary to electronically manage ticket inventory for specified events as well as season and series events for box office sales, internet sales, and automated turnstile functions.
- The system must allow ticket buyers to digitally transfer tickets in a secure and user-friendly manner.
- The system must support in real time ticket sales on-line via the internet with secure payment by credit card.  On line purchasers must be able to view all available seats while making purchases in a user-friendly environment. System must be capable of handling multiple customers simultaneously, displaying real time data and offer 100% of available inventory for sale. The system must provide venue management with online ticketing that includes an image view by venue, section, or seat, seat mapping by section showing the total seats and those still available
- Provide advertising support in brochures, flyers, internet sites and other advertising products to be distributed or accessed by the public to promote ticket sales to specified events.
