The vendor required to provide ShareGate licensing and support services for the renewal of the city’s current ShareGate subscription.
- Provisional ShareGate licensing and support services
• The city may consider increasing to the migrate pro subscription level for up to five (5) machine activations, subject to budget availability.
- Technical support and maintenance services
• A single point of contact or service available by telephone and email for collating and resolving all support issues related to the licensing.
• Available and accessible support services including but not limited to: general guidance and inquires through email and a local or toll-free telephone number that provides city staff access to live support for timely assistance with issues during the city’s regular business hours, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Est, Monday to Friday, excluding city recognized holidays, at no additional cost.
• Assistance with updates, new product versions, hotfixes, patches and any other technical products associated with maintaining the most up to date products and services, at no additional cost to the city for all licensed products during the contract term.
