The Vendor is required to provide for workforce predictive analytics for strategic workforce solutions.
- Licenses must provide the stress/growth scores six (6) to twelve (12) months in advance of WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) notice being issued to business.
- These software and/or licenses will aid in our mission to connect job seekers with jobs and prevent further filings for unemployment benefits.
- We are looking for analytics for all businesses including businesses with less than fifty (50) employees.

- Provides anticipatory predictions of a business’ growth trajectory specifically looking for predictors that show increases, or decreases, of business activity that may indicate growth, contraction, or if the business remains in a steady position.
- A system for deriving material change attributes from curated and analyzed data signals over time to predict future changes in conventional predictors.
- To assist in the workflow associated with regional planning, agency aversion & business assistance, and economic development.
