The Vendor is required to provide for cemetery management software.
- Track and report on plot sale by date of sale, cost, section/lot/space, name, address, contact information, payment and monument installation
- Track customer information including next of kin
- Ability to add notes
- Ability to attached digital documents including photographs
- Interment report by name, year and location
- Scheduling and tracking of activities through internal and external calendars (PSD or Microsoft Outlook)
- System must have a mobile web interface or app that allows for staff access via a tablet
- Lot card showing layout, burial information and ownership on a single page
- Reservation report including map showing location and forms needing signatures from customers
- Burial calendar with ability to display schedule by day, week and month, completability with Microsoft Outlook
- ESRI-compatible GIS mapping functionality
- Ability for multiple users to simultaneously access and modify records system
- Ability to add and modify areas of cemeteries including plots, and columbariums
- Creation of multiple users with discrete logins compatible with the municipality’s cybersecurity program
- Track activity and changes through audit trail logging.
- Ability to export tables in Excel or CVS format
