RFP Description

The vendor required to provide auditorium refresh technology system must be intuitive, reliable, scalable, and clearly visible with a focus on high-quality A/V delivery.
- Requirement:
•    Upgrade A/V components: replace outdated A/V components with up-to-date, industry-standard, and supported components with the ability to present from a virtual machine or laptop. 
•    Interoperability: ensure compatibility with existing meeting management and a/v management tools, specifically with an audio bridge for both microsoft teams, zoom, and WebEx. 
•    Equipment standards: use equipment from industry-leading brands and are available from multiple suppliers. 
•    Ease of administration: ensure the solution is reliable, stable, and easily administered by both technical support and end users. 
•    Compliance with fire and safety protocols: comply with the safety requirement that the audio be muted during emergency system announcements. 
•    May require integration with the existing public announcement system. 
•    Americans with disability act (ADA) compliance: ensure the implemented solution includes a closed captioning that meets ADA requirements.
- Technical specifications
•    Remove existing projector 
•    Provide audio input capabilities for 3.5mm audio, XLR, etc. 
•    Provide the ability to make a phone call via microsoft teams calling, ATA, or sip and have integrated audio input and output 
•    Replace current displays on the sides 
•    Install tabletop microphone at the podium 
•    Provide minimum of 4 lapel microphones 
•    Provide minimum of 4 wireless handheld microphones 
•    Replace 8 assisted listening devices 
•    Provide remote control access via smartphone app and web interface that allows users to manage the equipment from a single interface or a remote location 
•    Provide modern ADA compliant assisted listening devices and services 
•    Implement a closed captioning solution that meets ADA requirements
•    Ability to provide flexibility in audio visual configuration
•    Replace the two side monitors.
