Fiber Geographic Information System

The Vendor is required to provide to support the City’s Fiber Geographic Information System (GIS) needs.
- Provide new cloud-hosted desktop software solution for agency, the City’s electric utility.
- Overall functionality, usability, and maturity of the proposed software solution;
- Cloud-hosted architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance;
- Desktop capabilities, including field data access and editing;
- Data management and integration capabilities, including conversion from AutoCAD and Excel sources;
- GIS functionality specific to fiber network management and utility operations;
- Configuration flexibility, reporting tools, and workflow support; and
- System support asset versioning, change tracking, and audit history.
