• If this is a SaaS product, we will need a backup schedule with full retention and support documentation to outline data recovery functionality.
• Should be able to support data synchronization of certain database aspects for data pulls should we decide not to use an API but instead access the database directly.
• Should be 99.99% availability of the SLA.
