- Microsoft requires organizations using its products to pay an annual licensing fee and, in the case of some of their services, a monthly usage fee.
- Requirement:
• Microsoft offers volume licensing programs to help reduce administrative overhead and software management costs for organizations, while enabling product licensing on an ongoing basis at considerable discounts.
• The various licensing options enable organizations to choose the plan that works best for their operational needs.
• Worked closely with Microsoft to evaluate the various plans and has determined that the Microsoft m365 g5 plan best meets the needs of the agency.
• Items quoted will be based on the m365 g5 plan and all part numbers, descriptions, and quantities provided are based on this plan.
• Common desktop products including Microsoft windows; Microsoft office; Microsoft Visio; and Microsoft project, plus common enterprise products, including Microsoft windows server; Microsoft SQL server; and Microsoft system center; common cloud subscription services, including but are not limited to, Microsoft office 365; Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft azure, along with mobility and security tools to enhance the agency’s security posture.
