The Vendor is required to provide to procure a Learning Management System (LMS) to support the needs and uses of the Branch.
- This platform will be utilized to offer educational content to multiple different audiences (community members, external partners, professional groups, employees, etc.), with the possibility of expanded use throughout the agency in the future.
- System will be cost-effective, reliable, and easy to use for both learners and administrators, and be able to provide a solution for offering different educational content for different types of learners.
- Core Functionalities:
• The ability to host 2500 active users a month to start, with the ability to expand the user count if we meet or exceed that number
• The ability to have multiple portals (i.e. Multi-tenancy), user types, or another novel solution for managing different audiences/types of learners and controlling which training they have access to
• The ability to have separated learning environments managed by different teams with independent administrators
• A platform that is easy to use for both users and administrators of varying expertise
• Scrom/APIX compliancy so that existing materials can be uploaded to the platform, as well as the ability to upload from articulate storyline
• User self-registration with customizable registration forms
• Gamification
• Support available for issues that might arise during our use of the platform
• Calendar booking capability to organize virtual learning sessions
• The ability to house documents and other materials in a resource library (or resource libraries) for learners to access
• Fillable forms that users could complete

• Consolidation: An LMS that has additional functionality so we can consolidate the multiple platforms we use now (such as calendar bookings, online forms/surveys, and cloud document storage) into a single location would be a benefit
• Active Users: We are looking to host 2,500 active users a month, with the ability to add more if we approach that number
• Multiple Admin and User Group Functionality: The ability to have segregated learning experiences and environments managed by different admins
