RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide a software-based training solution for mental health and well-being including sexual assault prevention, alcohol and substance abuse prevention, and diversity and inclusion for the Office.
- Provide a comprehensive mental health training and software platform that delivers compliant, accessible, and customizable online learning for students, faculty, and staff.
- The solution must support integration with Canvas and other institutional systems, verify trainee identity, track and confirm course completion, and offer flexible training formats, including self paced modules and optional live instruction.
- Ensure the platform is reliably available around the clock and supported by responsive technical assistance for all user groups. 
- Support services should include clear escalation processes, multiple communication channels, and opportunities for institutions to engage with a broader user community. 
- Provide structured onboarding processes for administrators and end users, along with ongoing training and guidance.
- The solution must operate on a secure, cloud based infrastructure with appropriate redundancy and mobile compatibility.
- They will maintain strong quality control practices, adhere to privacy regulations such as FERPA, and offer a defined customer service model with predictable communication and an implementation timeline.
- Billing structures should be transparent and aligned with institutional needs.
- The platform must offer detailed tracking of student progress, customizable reporting options, audit ready data retention, and training for administrators on interpreting and using report data.
- Finally, the user experience should reflect a thoughtful, trauma informed, and inclusive design philosophy. The interface should support intuitive workflows for students, clinicians, and administrators, reduce cognitive load, and incorporate user feedback into ongoing product improvements.
