Fleet Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide fleet management software solutions to improve the efficiency, safety, and reliability of its statewide vehicle and equipment operations.
- Particularly interested in solutions offering real-time tracking, predictive maintenance, fuel management, asset utilization analytics, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making. 
- Requirement:
•    Implementing a modern, integrated fleet management system to improve oversight, coordination, and utilization of department statewide vehicle and equipment assets 
•    Integrating the new system with existing department platforms, including enterprise asset management, financial (SAP), and GIS-based applications, to enable seamless data sharing and operational visibility 
•    Leveraging advanced technologies, such as real-time GPS tracking, telematics, predictive maintenance analytics, and automated reporting 
•    Standardizing fleet operations and data management processes across all districts to promote transparency and accountability in fleet performance and cost tracking
•    Facilitating efficient deployment and long-term sustainability of the system through vendor supported implementation, user training, and ongoing technical assistance.
