The Vendor is required to provide digital coaching platform for include:
•    Non-AI (human-led) coaching: continuing our commitment to high-touch, accredited professional coaching for leadership development. 
•    Artificial intelligence (AI) coaching: exploring emerging AI-driven tools that provide on-demand coaching, reflection, and habit-building at scale.
- We are seeking information on platform capabilities including, but not limited to:
•    Qualified human coaching: access to a diverse pool of accredited coaches specializing in executive development, leadership, digital transformation, and well-being. 
•    Generative AI coaching: interactive, AI-driven coaching agents capable of situational guidance and personalized developmental "nudges."
•    Conversational AI coaches: generative AI capable of safe, empathetic, and context-aware dialogue for situational leadership challenges. 
•    Ai-augmented matching: advanced algorithms that match coachees to human coaches based on deeper psychometric and behavioral data. 
•    Hybrid ecosystems: solutions that allow a coachee to move seamlessly between AI support and human sessions.
•    Measurement and analytics: robust reporting that aggregates data from both AI and human interactions to show organizational growth trends. 
•    Workflow integration: ability to surface "coachable moments"
