Technical Operations Management and Systems Administration

The Vendor is required to provide technical operations management, systems administration for the public safety information system.
- The posting requires providing management and administration services to operate, maintain and develop systems and services in support of the public safety information system, at a competitive and reasonable cost.
- Provider will be responsible for all hardware, software, services and support as defined within the proposal documents.
- The technical, management and administrative experience, capabilities and services available and a separate associated fixed rate schedule must follow the posting response templates.
