The Vendor is required to provide mobile integrated health platform that will provide an efficient and streamlined process for capturing necessary data, supporting patient advocacy, incorporating new technology, and ensuring appropriate follow-up of client encounters.
• Software platform shall be NEMSIS (national emergency medical services information system) compliant.
• Software platform shall be EMSTARS (ems tracking and reporting system), the state reporting system approved.
• Software platform should not be incident based, but rather have a true longitudinal patient record.
• Software platform shall have telehealth capabilities with secure, HIPAA-compliant access integrated into the patient’s record for future billing and reimbursement.
• Software platform shall be able to assess and document MIH encounters, including but not limited to mental health, substance use disorder, chronic disease management, fall risk, depression, recovery, and other clinical domains.
• Software platform shall be able to securely share access and information for patient referrals and task collaboration with other first responders, physicians and providers, and community services.
• Software platform is compliant with HIPAA, Hitech, and 42 CFR part 2 within a single fully integrated system.
• Software platform utilizes AI tools to increase efficiency and assist in diagnosis of chronic health issues.
• Software platform shall be accessible across all devices and operating systems, including but not limited to iPad, iPhone, android, MS surface tablets, and laptops.
